Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen is a free mobile app that helps you keep track of the foods Dr. Greger recommends in his international New York Times best selling book How Not to Die. It is available from the App Store and the Google Play Store.
How to Get the Daily Dozen from the App Store
To download the Daily Dozen from the App Store, you will need an Apple ID. Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services. If you don't have an Apple ID, you can create one.
Go to the App Store () on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch and search for the Daily Dozen. When you find it, follow these steps:
- Tap the Daily Dozen in the App Store.
- Tap Get on the right side of the screen.
- Tap Install.
- If asked, enter your password. You can also use Touch ID.
The app then downloads to your device. Once it is finished installing, an Open button will appear in the same place the Install button previously occupied. Click the Open button.
The Daily Dozen iOS app is installed and ready to use.
How to Get the Daily Dozen App from the Google Play Store
Open the Google Play Store app () or go to play.google.com on your Android device and search for the Daily Dozen. When you find it, follow these steps:
- Select the Daily Dozen.
- Click on Install.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the transaction and get the content.
The app will now download and install itself. If you're on a device running an older version of Android, you may have to agree to an app's permissions before it downloads. Read the permissions before clicking Agree. Once it is finished installing, click the Open button that appears in the same place the Install button previously occupied.
The Daily Dozen Android app is installed and ready to use.

Apparently, this app doesn't exist in the Play Store - 22nd March 2020. Is that right?
Or is it being rebuilt, maybe?
I'm trying to get the app in the UK, btw.
Thanks
