Receiving a refund or replacement

If you are unable to view your digital download and would like to get a refund:

Did you check out our help center article on how to get your digital download working? Try that first! See our help center article on how to order the digital download and also how to find it after you've ordered.

Would you rather get a physical DVD instead of your digital download? See our help center article.

If your DVD does not work properly and you would like a refund:

The order must have been placed within the last 14 days.

Please mail the DVDs back to:

Please submit a support request here. Please include your name, contact information, mailing address, what DVD it was, your drgreger.org order number, a receipt for the shipping charges you incurred, and reason for refund. Once we process your request and receive the DVDs, we will issue a refund either through PayPal or by check depending on how you paid originally.

If your DVD does not work properly or was broken during delivery and you would like a replacement:

We're so sorry that your DVD is broken! Please submit a support request here. Be sure to include your name, contact information, mailing address, what DVD you would like, and reason for replacement DVD.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong DVD and would like a different one:

Oops! Don't worry, as long as the order was placed within the last 14 days, we will switch it out. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Please submit a support request here. Be sure to include your name, contact information, mailing address, what DVD you would like, and reason for replacement DVD. Once we process your request and receive the DVDs, we will send out your new DVD.
